1. What is your refund policy?
Because we reserve accommodation, catering, venues and materials in advance, all retreat bookings are non-refundable. This ensures we can properly prepare a high-quality, intimate experience for all attendees.
2. Can I transfer my booking to another retreat?
Yes. We offer a Peace of Mind Reschedule Guarantee. If you are unable to attend due to illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances, you may transfer your booking to any future retreat within 12 months, at no additional cost.
3. Can I transfer my spot to someone else?
Absolutely. You may transfer your retreat booking to a friend, family member, or colleague at any time — free of charge. Just notify us so we can update our attendee list and dietary preferences.
4. What happens if I cancel last-minute?
Even with last-minute cancellations, our no refund policy applies because all costs have already been committed.
However, you may still:
- Transfer your booking to another retreat within 12 months, or
- Transfer your spot to someone else
- This flexibility ensures you never lose your full investment.
5. What if I test positive for COVID or fall sick before the retreat?
If you cannot attend due to illness (medical proof appreciated), you will receive a full credit toward any future retreat within the next 12 months. This protects you and the safety of the group.
6. What if the retreat is cancelled by Asha Retreats?
In the rare event that we must cancel or reschedule a retreat due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. venue issues, natural disasters, facilitator illness), you will receive:
A full transfer to a future retreat date
OR
A full refund — your choice
We never leave you out of pocket for cancellations initiated by us.
7. Do you offer partial refunds if I can only attend part of the retreat?
No.
Retreat pricing is fixed and covers the entire experience. Partial attendance is allowed, but no partial refunds are provided.
8. What if I change my mind after booking?
Bookings are final, but you can:
- Transfer to a later retreat within 15 days of Retreat scheduled date, or
- Transfer to another person
This is our way of supporting your decision without compromising the retreat logistics.
9. What is included in my booking? Are there hidden fees?
Your retreat price includes:

- Access to all retreat activities
There are no hidden fees. Additional fees will be specified clearly in the itinerary such as additional day excursions.
10. How do I notify you of a cancellation or transfer?

We respond within 24–48 hours.
If after attending all sessions on Day 1 you feel this retreat is not right for you, you may request a retreat credit for a future date.
Can’t make it? Send a friend or family member in your place — completely free. And if someone cannot attend due to illness, family emergency, or unexpected circumstances, they can move their credit to any future retreat within 12 months.
